Listed as 101724BUN, it delivers 11.1m² of usable internal floor space enough for a proper home office setup. The reverse apex roof and chalet-cut cladding design give it a distinctive look that stands out from standard garden buildings.

Walls are built from 44mm interlocking Nordic spruce logs with added wind braces for structural rigidity. The floor and roof are both 19mm tongue and groove boards. Floor joists are treated to resist ground moisture. The timber is FSC® certified. The building arrives untreated so you must apply a quality anti-fungal treatment on assembly and annually after that. Roof covering is not included as standard but can be added as an upgrade.

The fully glazed bifold doors span 2630mm wide x 1840mm tall and feature 4-6-4mm toughened double glazing with rubber and silicone seals, a laminated frame and a stainless-steel sill. A cylinder lock is included. The large glazed doors flood the interior with natural light. Cable routing for electrics is possible though a qualified electrician should carry out any electrical work.

A solid, level base such as a concrete slab or paving slabs is required before installation. No base is included as standard. An optional interlocking plastic base kit made from 100% recycled plastic is available to buy separately. The buyer is responsible for preparing the ground before delivery.

The cabin is delivered flat packed and assembled on site. Instructions and a fixings kit are included. Given the packaged weight of 1106.77kg you will need multiple people to assist. Assembly involves stacking the interlocking log walls, fitting the floor on treated joists and installing the bifold door frame. Allow a full day or more depending on experience.

No wiring or electrical components are supplied with this cabin. The construction allows cables to be routed inside. A qualified electrician must carry out all electrical installation work to comply with UK regulations.

Apply a high-quality anti-fungal timber treatment on assembly and every year after that. This is required to maintain the 5-year warranty. Clean the double glazed door panels regularly. Check the roof covering annually for damage. Clear debris from the roof overhang to prevent moisture build-up.

With 11.1m² of internal floor space this cabin comfortably fits a full-size desk, office chair and storage unit with room to spare. Two people could work in here side by side. It works well as a single-person home office, a hobby room or an art studio. You could also set up a compact gym with a mat, weights bench and some free weights. The 2500mm ridge height gives good headroom throughout. The large bifold doors make moving furniture in and out straightforward.
