The Palmako Ines is a 3.9m x 3m (14ft x 13ft) log cabin garden office with a reverse apex roof and full-width sliding doors. Product code 111171BUN gives you 11.1m² of usable internal floor space enough for a proper home office setup with room to spare.

The walls are built from 44mm Nordic spruce interlocking logs with added wind braces and a chalet-cut design for structural rigidity. The floor and roof are both 19mm tongue and groove boards. The floor sits on treated foundation joists that improve airflow and resist ground moisture. No roof covering is included as standard but SBS felt, EPDM rubber membrane and roof underlay felt are all available as upgrades.

The sliding door set has an aluminium frame, stainless-steel sill, concealed handle and cylinder lock with 4mm toughened single glazed glass throughout. The full-width glazing floods the interior with natural light. There is no built-in electrical provision but cables can be routed through the structure by a qualified electrician.

FSC® certified timber, a 5-year manufacturer's parts warranty and free delivery to most UK addresses make this a solid choice for a dedicated garden workspace. Treat the timber on assembly and annually to protect the wood and maintain the warranty.

An optional 4x4.5m interlocking plastic base kit is available made from 100% recycled plastic with a heavy-duty membrane included. The buyer is responsible for preparing the ground before delivery.

The Palmako Ines arrives flat packed and includes full assembly instructions and a fixings kit. The interlocking log construction is designed for straightforward self-build. Two people are recommended. A standard build takes roughly one full day. The roof covering is not included and must be fitted separately SBS installation requires advanced DIY skills or a professional installer.

No electrical wiring or fittings are supplied with this building. A qualified electrician can route cables through the log cabin structure after assembly to add sockets and lighting. Electrical work is not included in any installation service.

Treat all timber with a high-quality anti-fungal treatment on assembly and every year after that. This is required to protect against rot and to keep the 5-year warranty valid. Clean the glazing regularly and check the roof covering each year for damage. Clear debris from the roof overhang to prevent moisture build-up.

At 11.1m² this cabin comfortably fits a full-size desk, office chair and storage unit with space left over. Two people could work in here side by side. It works well as a home office, art studio or music room. You could also set it up as a hobby room with a workbench. It is not large enough for a full gym but a compact exercise bike or yoga mat fits easily. The full-width sliding doors make it feel open and airy when the weather allows.
